Bever retail portfolio

For the past eight years, Kokelenberg & Ouwehand Vastgoed Adviseurs has been involved in the expansion and commercial management of Bever’s retail portfolio. During this period, Bever has rented numerous new locations and their existing portfolio is constantly optimised.

Meubelplein Ekkersrijt rental transaction

On behalf of Fidelity International, Kokelenberg & Ouwehand Vastgoed Adviseurs oversaw the purchase transaction of Meubelplein Ekkersrijt in Son en Breugel.

Meubelplein Ekkersrijt (45.000 sq. m.) is a home furniture mall near Eindhoven which consists primarily of large-scale and peripheral retail outlets, including brands such as Trendhopper, Auping, Sijben, Sanders, Goergen and De Bommel.

Retail portfolio for private investor

On behalf of an international private investor, Kokelenberg & Ouwehand Vastgoed Adviseurs purchased a retail portfolio consisting of 37.000 sq. m. and including three shopping centres in Barendrecht, Emmen and Maastricht, three supermarket complexes in Burgum, Groningen and Losser and 22 single retail units. The parties have agreed not to release any further details.

Grand Vision retail portfolio

For the past fifteen years, Kokelenberg & Ouwehand Vastgoed Adviseurs has been involved in the expansion and commercial management of Grand Vision’s retail portfolio. The brands that are part of Grand Vision’s retail holding are Pearle, Eye Wish Opticiens, Apollo-Optik, Générale d’Optique, GrandOptical and Vision Express. Over 200 shops were rented in this period and the existing portfolio is constantly optimised.

ASR Real Estate buys retail portfolio of approximately 100 million euro

ASR Real Estate buys retail portfolio from Phoenix Joint Venture C.V. with a total value of approximately 100 million euro.

The purchase was made on behalf of the ASR Dutch Prime Retail Fund (ASR DPRF). This concerns 14 retail properties, of which 6 in Amsterdam, 3 in Utrecht, 1 in Eindhoven and 4 in Maastricht.

Buyer ASR Real Estate was legally assisted by Houthoff and technically advised by Sweco. Seller Phoenix Joint Venture C.V., a partnership between The RJB Group of Companies and High Five Real Estate, was legally represented by DLA Piper. Commercially, Phoenix Joint Venture C.V. was advised by Kokelenberg & Ouwehand Vastgoed Adviseurs and KroesePaternotte.

SynVest Dutch RealEstate Fund buys shopping center De Nieuwe Hof in Amersfoort

On December 29, 2020, the SynVest Dutch RealEstate Fund has added De Nieuwe Hof district shopping center in the Nieuwland district of Amersfoort to its portfolio.

This concerns 20 retail units (including tenants as Jumbo and Kruidvat), 3 offices (including GGD Midden Nederland) and 144 parking spaces in the underground parking garage with a total area of ​​5,100 sq. m.

Kokelenberg & Ouwehand Vastgoed Adviseurs acted on behalf of the seller.

Duinweide Investeringen buys a number of supermarket locations of the Trias portfolio

On behalf of a client of Aroundtown Management, Kokelenberg & Ouwehand Vastgoed Adviseurs has sold five supermarket locations in the Netherlands to Duinweide Investeringen for a convenience real estate fund to be set up by Duinweide Investeringen.

The portfolio includes two solitary supermarkets in Groningen and Losser and three shopping centers located in Burgum, Barendrecht and Maastricht.

 

Urban Interest buys monumental buildings in The Hague

Kokelenberg & Ouwehand Vastgoed Adviseurs acted on behalf of the seller, a German listed real estate company,  in the sale of four monumental buildings of the Trias portfolio.

The buildings are located on attractive locations namely Plein, Korte Poten, Fahrenheitstraat and Frederik Hendriklaan, all in the center of The Hague.
